These Terms of Use and Conditions (“Agreement”) establish the rules regarding the use of websites, software, and physical production services managed by Milenyums Dijital Fotoğrafçılık Reklam Ajansı Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Milenyums”), headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
By using Milenyums and our affiliated sub-brands (MilenyumsAI, MilenyumSMS, MilenyumLink, MilenyumStudios), you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. PARTIES AND SERVICE DEFINITION

Company: Milenyums Dijital Fotoğrafçılık Reklam Ajansı Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Tax No: 6211122442, KEP: [email protected])

User: Real or legal persons who benefit from digital or physical services on the platform.

Services: AI content generation (MilenyumsAI), bulk SMS services (MilenyumSMS), link management (MilenyumLink), and custom-designed decorative product manufacturing (MilenyumStudios).
2. DIGITAL SERVICE USAGE RULES (SaaS)

MilenyumsAI: Legal responsibility for generated content belongs to the user. Producing content containing hate speech, illegal activity promotion, or copyright infringement is prohibited.

MilenyumSMS: The user is obliged to comply with Law No. 6563 (ETK) and IYS (Message Management System) regulations. Responsibility for unauthorized commercial messaging belongs entirely to the user; Milenyums reserves the right to suspend the account in case of violation.

n8n Automations: Milenyums cannot be held responsible for damages caused to third parties by workflows configured by the user.
3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTION AND ORDER TERMS (Milenyum Studios)

Production Process: Busts, decorative objects, and New Year products are manufactured “personalized” or “to order”. Production times may vary depending on workload.

Cancellation and Return: Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs (custom casting, painting, or design changes). For standard products, the return period is 14 days from the delivery date.
4. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION

Digital services (MilenyumsAI, MilenyumSMS, etc.) operate on subscription or credit system.

Payments are collected by credit card or bank transfer. Prices include legal VAT rates unless otherwise stated.

Milenyums reserves the right to change service fees with reasonable advance notice.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The name, logo, and platform designs of Milenyums belong to our company.

Copyrights of original busts and objects produced under MilenyumStudios are reserved. Unauthorized copying or molding/replication is prohibited.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Milenyums cannot be held responsible for data loss or service disruptions caused by technical malfunctions, internet outages, or force majeure. Indirect damages arising from the use of n8n automations and digital services are outside Milenyums’s area of responsibility.
7. LEGAL JURISDICTION AND DISPUTES
For disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul (Anatolia) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. The agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
