Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer

https://milenyums.com ("Site") is operated by Millenniums. By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept, you must not use the Site.
1. Definitions
- Site: Milenyums (https://milenyums.com)
- Operator: Milenyums, Fındıklı mahallesi zümrütlü sokak no: 1 B Blok Daire 8 Maltepe/İSTANBUL, Maltepe/İstanbul
- User: A natural/legal person visiting the Site or benefiting from its services
2. Scope of Service
Through the Site, product and/or service promotion, sales, content presentation, and related customer services are provided. The Operator reserves the right to change the scope and content of the service without prior notice.
3. Membership and Account Security
- You must have legal capacity to become a member; minors under 18 may act with the consent of their legal representative.
- The information you declare must be accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all transactions carried out through your account.
- If you notice unauthorized use, immediately report it to [email protected].
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing content that is unlawful, immoral, or violates third-party rights
- Damaging the Site infrastructure, extracting data without permission (scraping), performing reverse engineering
- Attempting unauthorized access to another person’s account, data, or payment instrument
- Sending spam, misleading content, or fake reviews
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Gaining unfair advantage through automated tools (including stock/promotion abuse)
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or closure of your account without warning; you will be liable for any damages incurred.
5. Intellectual Property
All texts, visuals, videos, brands, logos, designs, software, and databases on the Site belong to Milenyums or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without permission.
6. User Content
When you share comments, reviews, questions, or similar content, you grant the Operator a free license to use and publish such content on the Site. You are responsible for the legality of the content you share; content that violates the rules may be removed.
7. Price and Stock
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in TL and include VAT. The price shown at the time of order confirmation is valid. In case of a material error in price, stock, or product description, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the collected amount.
8. Disclaimer
- The Site and its contents are provided "as is"; no express or implied guarantee is given that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always up to date.
- The information on the Site is for general informational purposes; it does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
- Access to the Site may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or third-party interruptions (shipping, payment, internet infrastructure).
- Third-party sites linked are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.
- User-generated content reflects the author’s views; it is not deemed adopted by the Operator.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is not accepted for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss.
These limitations DO NOT REMOVE consumer rights arising from Law No. 6502.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, cyberattacks, legal regulations, or third-party service interruptions, our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.
10. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
11. Changes
The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms and conditions. The current version will be published on this page and will take effect on the date of publication.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This text is subject to Turkish law. For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized; for other disputes, İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.
