We don’t launch ads without measurement in place, and we don’t start campaigns before the infrastructure is ready. Each stage’s output is the input for the next; that’s why we don’t end up debating later on “why didn’t it work?”

Discovery & Measurement Setup
We analyze your existing infrastructure, competitors, and the gap in the market. In the same step, GA4, conversion measurement, and reporting are set up — afterward, every figure we discuss comes from this setup.

Design & Content
Corporate identity, interface design, ad creatives, and HTML5 banner sets. We do not proceed to development until the design is approved.

Development & Integration
The site or e-commerce infrastructure is built on our own platform; marketplace, payment, shipping, and e-invoice integrations are connected.

Launch & Optimization
Campaigns are launching, SEO work is starting, automations are being activated. We continue with weekly optimization and monthly reporting.
Reporting
The report is not written to prove that things are going well; it is written to decide on the next month.
Same figure
The spending in the report is exactly the same as the figure in the ad platform’s own panel. You can log in to your account at any time and compare.
Separate items
Media spending, agency service fee, and production cost appear on separate lines; they don’t get lost in a single total.
Closed item
A channel without returns is not defended in the report, it is closed. The budget shifts to the working side; we don’t do this without asking you.
