Gallery stock, listings, and buyer requests all on the same screen
Vehicle listings contain many details: brand, model, equipment, damage record, mileage. Writing these separately on each platform is the easiest way to make mistakes.

If a sold vehicle remains listed in the ad, every incoming call is a waste of time; forgetting to remove it is also a cost factor.
What it does
Out of the box.
- <strong>Vehicle Listing</strong>
Brand, model, year, mileage, transmission, fuel, and equipment list; all filterable fields.
- <strong>Hardware search</strong>
Buyer filters by desired equipment; mismatched listings do not clutter the list.
- <strong>Gallery Profile</strong>
Multiple galleries or sellers can be on the same site with their own showcase.
- <strong>Location</strong>
The city and gallery address where the vehicle is located are shown on the map.
- <strong>Ad Description</strong>
Listing text is generated from brand, model, and equipment; price range is suggested based on similar listings.
- <strong>Stock integrity</strong>
When the vehicle is sold, the listing is closed with a single transaction; showcase, search, and site map are updated together.
How it works
Three-step process.
01 Purchase
Vehicle registration is opened once; photos are uploaded, equipment is marked.
02 Showcase
Listing is published; search filters and map fill automatically.
03 Sale
The vehicle is marked as sold; the listing is closed, and the request record is closed as completed.
Also
Know before asking.
- Second-hand and new vehicles can be displayed in separate showcases on the same site
- A membership-based flow can be opened for individual sellers to post listings
- Photos are watermarked, and WebP is generated for fast loading of the listing page
- The request form goes directly to the relevant consultant of the gallery
